1. PP plastic coating inside
It's better strength and resistance to abrasion, water, heat, and chemical than phenolic film.
Besides, it's quick dismantling without release agent and supply a nice concrete finish like mirror.
2. high quality phenolic film with logo and LVL beam with waterproof painting outside
3. galvanized adjustable clamp ( it's optioned or sold it separately)
It's made of Q345B steel with high strength and adjustable according to panel size.

Application on site
From feedback on site, the size is accurate, fast installation by hands, quick dismantling without any concrete release agent, and nice concrete finish without rework. Besides, it's reused 30 times at least.
It's packed by plywood pallet. Normally, the delivery time is within 15 days.
